Artefacts

Artefacts are man-made objects and stand out from natural formations. They are the first marks man has left on the world. These marks tell us a story of an ancient land that no longer exists in a language we no longer understand but we can still appreciate the beauty. The artifacts depicted in these series are among the oldest man-made art pieces found on the Eastern coast of the Baltic sea.

These artworks can be purchased as single art prints or as part of the series Artefacts.

These art prints are sold as a limited edition of 100 exemplars and are printed on 310 g/m2 Hahnemühle Fine Art paper. Each series is numbered and certified and can be purchased either as simple art prints or framed in solid birch frames, an important tree in Nordic folklore, which even has its own rune – Bjarkan. It is associated with nourishment, motherhood and life.

Our frames are made specifically to order and in agreement with the artist in order to offer the best possible framing for the artworks.
