Huginn & Muninn

Two ravens sit on Odin’s shoulders and tell him all they see and hear. Their names are Huginn (thought) and Muninn (memory). He sends them at dawn to fly all over the world before returning at dinner-time. So he learns of many events.
This is why he is called Hrafnagud (the Raven-God).
