The fundamentals of astrology
About Course
Are you interested in diving deeper into the ancient science of astrology? Astrology is one of mankind’s oldest spiritual traditions. We can date the science of the stars at lest back to the ancient civilisations of Babylon and Egypt, where the art was considered the foundation of all knowledge.
The program of the course is as follow:
- Introduction to astrology: what is astrology, on what is it based and how it can be useful to anyone.
- The elements, modalities and structure of the Zodiac: composition of an astrological chart, qualities of the four elements air, fire, water and earth as well as their expression (cardinal, fixed, mutable)
- The Zodiac: the twelve signs composing the Zodiac
- The twelve houses: the division of the astrological chart into sectors representing all dimensions of life
- Sun, Moon and ascendant: the three most important placements of the astrological chart: the Ascendant, the Sun and the Moon by house and sign placement.
- The planets: character and symbolism of the personal planets Mercury, Venus and Mars, and the collective planets Jupiter and Saturn.
The classes will take place every Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00 from the 14th of September to the 19th of October.

It required me a lot of work in taking notes and extracting concise information to be able to even start learning this vast topic.
Even though I already had basic astrological knowledge, taking this course was immensely helpful for me.
It comprehensively covers all the fundamentals of the horoscope: the Zodiac, the importance of the Ascendant, Sun and Moon, houses, personal planets and the aspects they form.
Alexandra the teacher explained all the topics thoroughly and made it easy to understand leaving no question unanswered.
The learning material of this course helped me alot more than my own extracted notes and I wholeheartedly can only recommend taking it for everyone who wants to dive into Astrology.
